Frank Lampard says that he remains confident about being successful as a manager after watching his team succumb to a humiliating defeat at home at the hands of Brighton. This is a result which has been humiliating for Everton on so many ways and it has also left the team just a point above the relegation zone. Furthermore, the Merseyside outfit have played more games than teams below them in the table. Since his appointment as the Everton manager, Lampard has only picked up three victories in the 18 matches this season. In the previous 10 games, he has only picked up one victory.
